(Experiential/Behavioral)

Interviewer is trying to draw out your experience by hearing about a specific example of something you experienced.  

 

​Answer the question in this framework:​

Situation:  briefly describe the example.  Quick overview.  20-30 seconds.

Action:  What are the steps you took to handle the situation.  Name at least 3.  2-3 mins.

 

Outcome:  Share the positive result or lessons learned..  30 seconds.
